Powerlifting Coaching FAQ

Do I need to compete in powerlifting?
Not necessarily. Powerlifting is a great way to get stronger. Not everyone we coach competes.

What equipment do I need?
You will need access to a squat rack, bench press, and deadlift platform. For personal equipment, a belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and other personal choices could be useful.

How often will I train?
It depends on your goals, training history, and schedule. We will write the program to best fit your life and goals.

Do you offer online coaching?
Most of the programming and technique reviews are done online, but we do offer in person training for those that are local to the Greeley area. It is not required to be in person.

What is the cost?
I require a $200 deposit to begin writing the program. It is then $25/week for ongoing coaching after that. If you would just like a program with no weekly coaching, it will be just the $200 one time.
