Personalized Programs
After our initial consultation discussing your current program, goals, injuries, etc., we get to work on your program from scratch. No two programs are ever the same. We will tailor the program to fit your needs, goals, time, etc. We provide ongoing support with weekly coaching check ins if you go with this option. Or, let us write your program, work through it yourself, and let us know when you need another one.
