Kayla is passionate about helping adaptive athletes, disabled veterans, and those with movement and/or intellectual disabilities feel empowered through movement. Her approach combines patience, encouragement, and personalized coaching to create a safe environment where progress feels possible and confidence grows.

Absolutely not. We meet you where you are.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required, though we are happy to collaborate with healthcare providers when appropriate.

Can veterans participate?

Absolutely. We proudly support disabled veterans and understand that every journey is different.

Can caregivers or family members attend?

Yes, if that helps create comfort and support.
