We opened Upward Fitness Studio in Greeley, Colorado with the intention to create a space that is inviting, promotes health & wellness in a realistic and sustainable way, and fosters a positive & encouraging community. The name "Upward" came from the idea of progress. We believe that with the right support around you, anything is possible. It is that vision that has led to the great community of trainers, clients, and friends Upward has become.
